Water Ch. 129 - Damned

Sitting in the chair that was obviously designed for looks, Jon was anxious and fidgeting with his pant leg.  Squirming about, they could tell he didn't want to be there.

Water Ch. 128 - It's Hard Letting You Go

Jon gave her a few minutes before he went in after her.  When he did, he found her sitting on the edge of the bathtub with her face in her hands, he could hear she was crying.  Grabbing a few tissues off the bathroom counter he sits next to her and puts his arm around her, sliding her closer to him.  "Hey, I'm sorry.  I really don't know what else to say.  I never seen this coming."

"Why is she having such a hard time?  Why does she have to ruin every ounce of happiness that we find?  Why can't she just fucking stop?"  Beth gets up and wipes her nose, looking at herself in the mirror.  "Look at me, 8 weeks pregnant and a crying mess over my baby's fathers wife that's in the hospital because she attempted suicide.  I feel so selfish right now, yet I'm mad as hell."  She wipes her eyes, trying to avoid the raccoon look.  "She does this and we are left to explain it to the kids.  She let Stephanie find her Jon."  She is letting herself get mad, that's something she tries to avoid.  It's a wasted emotion, not much good comes from anger.

Jon stands and walks up to her, placing his hand on the small of her back. "Come on, you need some rest.  We aren't going to solve anything tonight."  He applies a little pressure to her back, hoping to direct her to bed, but she's like concrete and not moving.  "Beth, come on."

She looks at him in the mirror and can see that he's affected by all of this too, and again, she feels bad for someone else.  But, she's supposed to feel bad for him.  And she does, her heart breaks.  She can see it in his face, she can hear it in his voice - and she has no idea how to help him.  She needs to help herself first and put her babies and their health above all others, atleast for now.  Turning to Jon, she reaches up and brushes his cheek, "I'm going to go for a walk.  Go to bed.  We have another long day tomorrow."

"I'll come with you."

"You can't, the kids are here.  Go to bed, or go read for a little bit.  I won't be long."  She leans in and kisses his cheek.

He grabs her, "Don't go!"

Slightly pulling away she tells him, "I need to clear my head, I won't be long."  She pulls away completely and grabs her robe and goes downstairs.  She had no intention of leaving the grounds.  It was a beautiful night on the river, the sea air was comforting and the river sound was soothing.  She walked around the grounds and just breathed it all in.  She looked up at the house and she seen that their bedroom light was still on.  She knows he's watching her out a window of an unlit room, that's something Jon would do - to make sure she was okay.

Aimlessly walking the grounds, she found herself at the river bank.  She sat on the bench and just watched the river flow, in the light of the moon.  She thought, "Why can't all my problems wash away with the river water?"  She just sits and thinks and thinks.

After while, she realizes that she's having a conversation with Brian.  Brian hasn't been in her thoughts for a while, and that was a sign, to her, that she was doing the right thing with Jon; even though he was married.  Why is he in her thoughts now?  Beth knows what Brian would tell her to do.  He would tell her to get her ass back in the house and embrace the love that her and Jon have because that is what will get them through all of the bullshit that comes with sleeping with a married rockstar, getting pregnant and dealing with his wife's cry for help.  Brian adored Beth and knew what she was doing to herself.  She was blaming herself for it all.  Out loud she says to herself, "None of this would be happening if you didn't go to Las Vegas for that weekend."

She sits on the riverbank for a while longer and starts to head back to the house when the flood lights come on and out walks Jon.  She smiles when she sees him walking toward her in nothing but cotton pajama bottoms.  She sees the chest hair and she just loves the way he saunters when he walks.  They get a little closer and he says to her, "Little lady, it's time to come inside."

"Oh really?  You're not the boss of me, old man."

"Are you okay?  Do you want me to go back in?"  They meet and stop face to face.  She gets on her tippy toes and kisses his forehead like he always does hers, because that's comforting for her; maybe it would be for him too?

Wrapping his arms around her waist, he pulls her close, he pulls her tight and she face plants in that heavenly chest of hair. She tells him,  "I'm okay, and no I don't want you to go back in.  Let's walk."  Taking his hand and leading the way, the two  of them walk the grounds and call it a night.

The next week was hell on earth for everyone involved.  Dorothea's story hit the paper and the house in New Jersey was the hot spot for visitors, fans and reporters.  The kids couldn't play outside, none of them could do the activities that they liked outside.  Leaving in a car took longer than normal, the drivers were getting better at it, but it was just a hassle.  Jon and Beth decided that they would take the kids and go into the city and  stay at Beth's place.  It's been a while since anyone had been there, but all they needed to do was get groceries and a few other things.  They would run into Whole Foods before they got to her place.

Kids were packed, the Denali was packed and they were out of there.  Jon had enough.  This was worse that being on tour, he would rather be on tour than deal with all of what they had going on.
Dorothea was transferred to a mental health hospital, under court order.  The kids were able to visit her once, because that's all that Dot could handle, but she talked to them on the phone a few times.  Her therapy seemed to be helping and she was looking forward to the help that she was going to get while she was in the psych hospital.  The therapy was introducing Dorothea to Dorothea, someone she hadn't known in years.  She was always part of Jon and Dot, and she liked what she was learning.  Everyone involved hoped that it was helping and that there would be no setbacks once she was released.

A few days in the city was the best therapy for Beth and Stephanie.  They did a little bit of retail therapy, in disguise but it was just what they needed.  While they shopped, they would talk and they really started to understand once another.  Stephanie admitted to Beth that she didn't like her at first and that she blamed Beth for her mom and dads divorce, but over time she seen the truth.  She seen that her mom and dad were both to blame.  She also noticed the change in her dad, about the time he met Beth, and she thanked Beth for putting up with all of the drama and BS that's gone on in the short time that she was with her dad.  Stephanie also confessed that she was thrilled that there were babies on the way, she was looking forward to having more siblings, and she secretky wished they both were girls.

The Bongiovi/Adams family was right where Jon and Beth wanted it to be, with the excepion of geographically.  They waited a few days before heading back to New Jersey.  They wanted the media mess to die down and everyone to leave it alone.  Dorothea was on the road to recovery, and that road had stops along the way that included Jon.

Water Ch. 127 - I Did It For You

She was a sight for sore eyes and a mixed up mind.  Walking in the door, there she stood, waiting for him.  Coming together, she wrapped her arms around him and held him tight.  She could feel him melt into her and her heart was breaking.  “HI.” She whispers in his ear.

Water Ch. 126 - Better Think Twice

Pacing the hospital halls, he couldn't believe he was there, and for what he was there for.  He can't believe that she did it with his children in the house and even more, he couldn't believe that she was that depressed.  Why didn't she talk to him, why didn't she call when she was at her lowest of lows.  WHY did she let Stephanie find her.  His poor Stephanie.

Her stomach has been pumped and she is slowly coming around.  Opening her eyes, the light is bright and it hurts.  She sees a figure over by the window and can't make out who it was, but the figure moved when she did.  She was then able to see that it was Jon.

"Hey."  He turns to look at her.  It's then that she can see the unhappiness on his face.  "What are you doing here?" she asks him.

He can't shake the thought of how his daughter felt, it's sitting in his stomach and he really wants to puke.  "Who else did you want here?"

"Anyone but you!" she barks at him.  He can hear that she's still groggy and he chalks it up to the drugs that she's being such a bitch.  He takes a mental picture of her with activated charcoal on the edge of her lips.

"How are you feeling?"

She can't look at him anymore, she can't look at the man that broke her heart and her family.  Turning her head towards the door, she asks, "Where are the kids?"

"With Beth."

"Where, with Beth?" she demands.

Jon hasn't the patience right now, and there are a million other places he would rather be than right here.  "They are at your house now.  She's getting them ready to take them home."

"They are home.  Leave them there and call my parents.  They will go stay with them until I get released this afternoon."

"No.  They are going to my house and they'll be be there for a while." Looking her in the eye, and he's hoping that she can see how displeased that he is right now.  He knows this was a cry for attention, and he's not falling for it.

She sits up in bed and finally realizes how bad she really feels.  "Jon, I took a little more sleeping medicine than I should have.  That's all.  I'll be out of here today."

"How in the fuck are 40 pills a little too much, Dorothea?  Explain that to me!!"  He's loud and rather animated, knowing how Dorothea can be.

"Go.  Just go.  I don't want you here." she tells him and she motions toward the door.  Jon feels that he's at an impasse, he wants to go, he wants to be with his kids at this time - but he has an obligation to Dorothea.

He takes a deep breath, knowing the answer before he even asks, "Why did you do it?  Why didn't you call me?"

She's looking at him with tears running down her cheeks, "I did call you, you didn't answer."

"When, my phone never rang until my mom called and told me that you were here."

Her crying gets harder and the tears really flow, "It was about 8:30."

Jon takes a minute to think about what he was doing at 8:30 and why he didn't hear his phone.  He remembers.  "I'm sorry I didn't get the call Dot. Did you call anyone else?"

She shakes her head no.  "Who else would I call?  Everyone is on your side, they all talk about me behind my back and laugh at me."

He has to sit down, he's getting tired and he's mentally fried.  While he waited for her to wake up, he went over everything in his head, trying to see if there was a sign - did he miss something?

"You have a ton of friends and your family, any of them would have come to help you.  You could have called 911.  What is so bad that you felt this was the only way out, Dot?"  He questions her and he wants an answer.

"Jon, you'll never understand. I don't even want to talk to you about it"

"Well, you're going to have to talk to someone about it, might as well be me." He tries to sound compassionate, but what he feels right now is very pissed off. How selfish of her.  "You do know that Stephanie found you face down, unresponsive in the bathroom?"

"Stop Jon, really, just stop!" She covers her face and begins to cry.  "Will you please leave, I really don't think you're helping me right now."

He moves close to her hospital bed and puts a hand on her leg, "I'm not leaving, what do you need me to do? Do you want me to call anyone?"

He never even looked at his cell phone when they were called out on the middle of the night. His mom called the house land line and when they left, they just grabbed their phones as they flew out of the house.

Jon walks over and grabs his cell phone to check it. He had 19 missed calls and one text message.  He seen the text message was from Beth, and opened that.

'We love you! Call me if you need to talk." Was all the text said. That's all it needed to say.  He looked over his missed calls and seen that 5 were from Stephanie, 1 from his mom, 1 from Paul, 1 from Richie and the other 21 were from Dorothea. All between 8:00 and 8:30.  He looked to her and said, "I am so sorry I missed your calls, why didn't you call the house phone? My cell phone was in the kitchen." And as soon as he said that, he wished he could take it back.

"And where were you?" Was exactly what he knew she would ask, but she added, "Your cell phone is always on you, always!"  She got loud, she was feeling like he let her down.

"Where my phone was isn't important, it's important that we get you well and out of here." He couldn't tell her that he was fucking Beth, not only was that not her business, but it wasn't something you tell someone that had just attempted suicide, especially when it's over you and what you have done to them.

She's still crying and she manages to get the words out, "I feel very abandoned by you and your family.  Your mom doesn't return my calls, unless I have the kids.  Your brothers are assholes and it seems like its me against the world.  I feel alone, overwhelmed and abandoned.  I miss you Jon.  I miss us."

"Dorothea, there has been no us for a long time.  And you know that - but now is not the time for this, okay.  I'm going to go get the doctor to see what the plan is.  I'll be right back."  And he left her alone in the hospital room and went out in the hall to find Dot's doctor.

Pausing on the way to text Beth back.  'You have no idea what you mean to me.  What are you and the kids going to do?'  SEND

He look around to see anyone that looks like an MD, and when he finds one, he learns that it is in fact Dorothea's doctor.  The doctor tells Jon that she should, by all rights, be dead.  Stephanie found her just in time and her fast reaction saved her life.  Jon smiled, knowing that Stephanie has been taught well and she acts well under pressure.  The doctor tells Jon that Dorothea will be on a 7 day hold and then she will be required to go to a mental hospital and deal with the issues that caused her attempt and to give her coping skills the next time that she feels that way.  He thanks the doctor, as he feels his phone vibrating in his pocket.

Walking away from the doctor, he opens Beth's test.  "We are going to the house and ordering pizza.  They want to stay together and be here when you get back.  They are really worried.'

'Please tell the kids that she is awake and talking.  She's pretty pissed at me right now.  I'll be home in a little bit, I have over stayed visiting hours, plus she doesn't want me here.  I love you Beth!

He heads back into Dorothea's room and tells her that he has to go.  She is only allowed 20 minute visitors and he has been there throughout the night and most of the day.

"Thanks for being here, Jon.  It means alot.  I'm sorry that I have been so mean to you today.  I hate feeling like I am losing everything and there is nothing I can do about it."

"I understand your feelings and your thoughts, but Dot, we have been apart for years.  You can't deny that.  We'll talk when you get out of here and back home.  I have to get out of here, I'm sorry."  He walks up to her and grabs her hand, "If you need anything, please call me.  They tell me that you're here for 7 days and then you will be taken to a hospital to deal with why you did it and to learn skills to deal with it all once you get home.  Beth and I will keep the kids and make sure they are at all activities and stuff that they are involved in.  They are really scared now, and I need to go talk to them."  He kisses her on the head and whispers, "You are stronger than this."  And he leaves.  he looks back at her as he walks away, and she is a blubbering mess.  He needs to get to his children.

In the car on the way home to New jersey, his cell phone rings.  He looks at the caller ID and sees that it's Peter Laird, his attorney.

"Hey Paul."

"Hello Jon, how is Dot?"

"She's fine and she will be fine.  She's on a 7 day hold and then she needs to be inpatient for a while, but she's okay.  She had 40 sleeping pills in her stomach, can you believe that?  And Steph found her, I am so pissed.  I need to run home, talk to the kids, change clothes and then I'll meet you at the courthouse.  It will be close, but I'll be there."

"About that Jon."  Peter is on the verge of telling Jon something that he never wanted to hear.

"What?"

"New Jersey law states that you cannot divorce someone if they are confined to a hospital, against their will.  Dot can't be there to testify or sign anything.  I'm sorry."  And Peter waits for the Italian to come out.

"You have got to be fucking kidding me?"

"Sorry, no I'm not."

"My divorce was supposed to be final today, Peter.  And now this?"  Jon goes quiet for a minute and then it hits him.  "She fucking did this on purpose, she planned this.  God damn her.  There has to be something we can do?'

Peter, sounding very apologetic tells Jon, "There is nothing we can do.  The law is the law.  And once she gets out, she may try to pull something else.  Just prepare yourself, okay."

Jon knows he's lost this battle, but he'll win the war.  So he tells Peter, "Okay, please keep the ball rolling on it.  I want this done as soon as legally possible!'

"Will do, buddy.  Take care of those kids."  Paul hangs up.  Jon drops his phone on the passenger seat and drives back into Jersey with a blank mind.  He's so pissed, confused and hurt.  His heart aches for Stephanie and even the boys because this will be a headline tomorrow.  Jon cringed.

On his drive, he recalled that Beth had an OB appointment, so he called her.

"Hey babe, get ready for your appointment.  We need to go to that, I need some good news.  We can drop the kids at my moms, and when we're done we will sit the kids down and tell them what happened, okay?"

"That's fine honey, your mom is already here though.  She's a little pissed off herself.  Ill be ready when you get here."

He tells her, "I'll be there in about 10 minutes.  What are the kids doing?"

"The little guys are sleeping.  Jesse is on the computer and Stephanie is watching a movie. They all seem okay, but they just want to know how their mom is."

"She's fine.  She had 40 sleeping pills in her stomach.  You should have seen her.  She had the charcoal on her face and she looked like shit.  She's pissed at me, its all my fault and she doesn't want to talk to me about it.  I'll fill you in on the rest later.  Be there soon.  I love you."

"I love you too, Jon.  I really, really love you."

And the line goes dead.

Water Ch. 125 - Life's To Short For Days Like These

The tour was such a success, that Jon found himself wanting more and feeling empty.  Even though he decided he was going to walk away.  He was fighting with his mental demon and knew it was only going to get worse.

Home in New Jersey, he had the perfect life.  A soon to be ex wife, a soon to be wife, 4 beautiful, healthy children, two more on the way and all the money anyone could ever want. With nothing going on to keep him distracted and busy - he was driving Beth crazy.

"Go out to your studio and do something, you're driving me nuts." she tells him, with her feet up in bed.  "Go burn off some of that energy."

He looks at her, with the look above and replies, "YOU really want ME to go away?"  He then pounces on her and starts attacking her, with kisses and nibbles and the Bongiovi dribble.

She laughs as they roll around on the bed.  "Since the kids are gone, lets go for a run together, we haven't done that in a while." She suggests, thinking he'd shoot the idea down because they were alone and on the bed.

But he surprised her. He let go of the hold he had on her and said, "okay, sounds good" Getting up from the bed to grab socks from the dresser and a pair of running shoes.

"That was too easy.  What are you up to?" she asks, because it was too easy.

He sits on the edge of the bed and puts his socks on, looking up to her with a smile, "I"m not up to anything, why do you ask?"

"Do you not want to go for a run?"  Beth asks, because of Jon's tone and manner.

"Yes, will you get your stuff on please, we can go?"  He gets up and cracks her on the ass and grabs a ball cap from his closet.

She chuckles and says, "Yeah, yeah, yeah - give me a second."  She gets up and gets some socks and pulls on some yoga pants.  They both have ball caps on and sunglasses.

Out the front door they go, down the curved driveway and turn left on to Navesink River Rd.  At the the traffic light on Route 35 they turn left.  Playing around and acting foolish, they stop on they stop on the bridge to catch their breath.  Jon asks Beth, "How are you doing?"

Breathing deeps she manages to get out, "I'm fine, will you please stop asking me that."

"Beth, I worry.  You know that.  I've told you that it's a relationship hazard with me."

"Honey, I promise, I'll tell you when I'm not okay.  Are you ready to go?"

Nodding, he says "Let's go back toward home, I don't like being this far from home when everyone in the world knows that I'm home."

She starts off running back the way they had just come.  She looks back and her rockstar is still standing there, breathing deep.  She laughs and yells back at him, "Last one home is a rotten egg." And she tears off down the road.  She goes a few hundred feet and she can hear him coming up behind her.  She runs faster, "Run run as fast as you can old man."

The race is on and it's a close one when Beth crosses the threshold of the driveway, first gate.  She looks over and he's still a few feet behind her - but she won.  She was laughing, looking at her rockstar leaning over trying to catch his breath, she walks up to him and she gives him the 'L' sign with her fingers on her forehead, and she runs as fast as she can around the house.  That's all the prodding that Jon needed, and he was chasing her around the house.  She was having the time of her life and so was he.  He was chasing her and when they got to the back of the house, they both stopped dead in their tracks.  There were canoes pulled up on the river bank and no one around.  Jon looked around and they didn't see anyone, and with traffic and the river it was hard to listen for anyone.  He took her hand and lead her around the side of the house that they hadn't ran to yet and there they were.

Four grown women, looking into his office windows.  They were so scared and so fixated on what they were doing, they never seen Jon and Beth approach them.

"EXCUSE ME!" Jon blurts out.

The women were scared half to death.  They didn't know what to do, they each tried to run away but only ran into one another.  They all realized the were busted and they stopped.

"What the hell are you doing?  This is private property."

The leader of the pack steps forward and says, "We're sorry Mr. Jon, I mean Mr. Bon Jovi.  There is no excuse for what we did.  We're huge fans and we love.............."

Jon holds up his hand and says, "Stop.  Get back in your canoes and  leave my property.  You're lucky that I don't have you arrested. GET."  And he points to the river.  "Is it just the 4 of you?"

'Yes."  And the women get back in their canoe and start to paddle up river, which wasn't easy.

"Goddamnit, I hate it when they come onto the property.  If they just stopped in the driveway and on the street, I don't care.  But the kids could have been out here."  He puts his arm around her and they walk into the house.  Both kicked their shoes off at the door and went into the kitchen.

Jon had hired a full time chef/housekeeper since Beth was there full time now, he wanted to be sure she ate properly and that she didn't overdue it with the household chores and taking care of the kids.  The kids came as often as they could and Jon and Beth want them all, full time.  The discussion on that topic was a quick one.  Neither Jon or Beth liked what Dorothea was doing with and what she wasn't doing for the kids.  Jon gave her thousands and thousands of dollars a week, and she could never get the kids anything or pay a bill that was for one of her houses.

The day the divorce is final, his financial responsibility to her will be limited and he had decided that he was going to have it go into a trust, that Beth set up.  Dorothea will be able to draw from the trust, at an amount determined by Jon and she has to go through Beth to get it.  They both know that is to go over like a lead balloon, but they are aware of the shopping addiction that she has, and there has been rumor that she likes to gamble.

They had the children everyday since they got back from Europe, with today being the first day that they're with their mother, in almost 3 weeks.  They didn't want to go, they begged and pleaded and Romeo even cried.  He didn't want to leave his Bef.  It killed her to hear him go, but there was nothing they could do at this point.  They both knew that the kids were in no immediate danger and that their big sister Stephanie will over see what's right and good for the kids.

"What do you want to do now?  After we shower, I mean?  I need to get up early tomorrow and meet my lawyer, before the hearing."  Jon informs Beth, and her heart skips a large beat.  Tomorrow is the day that her man will be free, free to be with her, they could be together.  They would no longer be the talk of the town or a topic of the evening news.  Finally.

Beth thinks a minute and says, "Why don't we just have a bite to eat and go to bed?  I have some sore feet that could use some extra TLC."  And she plops her foot on the counter and he taps it with the knife he has in his hand.  She laughs and puts her foot down, that just made her want to antagonize him even more.  She walks around behind him and runs her hands around his waist.  She loosened the string on his running shorts and slides her hands down in the front of them.  Grabbing hold of his soft penis, she plays with it while whispering in his ear, "Last one to get off is the best!"  and she continues to play with and stroke his penis.  She can feel that she has it's attention since it's growing and getting harder at a very fast pace.  She's still behind him and he shows his pleasure by tilting his head back and tries to kiss her.  With his hard dick in one hand, she takes the other one and holds his face - kissing him very aggressively.

Unable to contain himself, he turns around and grabs her - lifting her off the ground.  With her legs wrapped around him, he tries to take her up the stairs.  Beth didn't let that happen.  She put her feet down, stopping Jon from going up another step.  Into his ear, she says "Right here, let's make love right here."

With a look a question on his face and a hard on in his pants - logic lost this one. He says, "Okay."  he reaches up and drops her yoga pants to the step, and she steps out of them.  She sits on the stair and begins to take his shorts the rest of the way off.  When she gets the shorts passed the massive erection that was being contained, it popped out and her and she knew how she needed to treat that.  Taking it in her right hand, she starts to stroke it and run her palm over the head.  The whole motion drove him crazy.  With him standing there, he puts his hands on her head and starts to run his fingers through her hair.
With his penis in her hand, she gently took it into her mouth, making sure she had enough lubrication to make this the best 'stair blow job' he has ever had.  She gets his dick nice and wet and while she moves her head back and forth, she teases the sensitive side witth her tongue.  The stroking, the sucking, the licking and the gentle pressure from her teeth, she could tell she was doing it exactly right.  When she would play with his balls, he would quiver in pleasure.

"Don't stop.  Please don't stop." he pleads.

The in and out and the sound, drove him even crazier - but all he needed to get off was to look down and see her eyes.  That's always been one of the things that made her such a great lover.  He has his hands full with her hair and Beth is stroking him hard and fast with just the head of his dick in her mouth, she looks up at Jon and he looks in her eyes.  That was it.  He just shot his load in her mouth and  he went weak kneed.  Landing on his knees with one on each side of Beth, he puts his arms around her.  Extremely out of breath. He looks at her and says, "That's the best blow job I have ever had.  I guess I lose?" He smiles his gorgeous smile and melts onto Beth.

She's rubbing his bare ass hoping that people can't see from the street, she wasn't sure if the bushes and shrubs covers enough. Oh well.

Jon can barely talk since he's just had the best orgasm of his life, but he manages to say "Why on the stairs?"

"It wasn't. The stairs per say. I just wanted to get you off, so when we go to bed- I get you all night long!  We have #1 out of the way, so now the second one will take a loooonnnngggg time.  It was purely selfish, babe"

"I love your selfishness!"

They manage to get showered and in bed. Jon knows he owes his baby a good night and he was going to start it right now.  Next to one another and both bare naked, she can't help herself. He has a smell about him that literally drives her crazy and a chest full of the sexiest hair....he was so sexy to her. She wanted him inside her and she was going to get it.

She gets up and straddles Jonny, taking his hands and putting them on her breasts. "Can you feel the changes? They are so full, I'm going to need to go bra and panty shopping." And she moves his hands, guiding him where she wants his to be.

"I'm bra and panty shopping with you. We can do it tomorrow afternoon."

"I have an OB appointment tomorrow afternoon with the BonGiovi doctor, remember?" She knew she would have to remind him. With his lack of distraction and his pending divorce, he's kind of absent minded.

"What time is it?"

"2:00. I can meet you there if your done with all the legal stuff by then.  It's just a routine visit. Nothing major."

"I'll be there and at everyone after it. Promise!"

Je sits up, with her still straddling him and takes a nipple into his mouth.  He gently sucks on it, gently nibbles on it and moves onto the other one. He loves her breasts and he loves that she loves them being played with.  He continues to play with her nipples, with his fingers and takes the free hand and reaches down between her legs. The wetness, the moisture tells him that she wants him, but he's not ready to give it to her.

Under her arms, he picks her up and lays  her on her back. She throws her arms over her head and when she feels his lips on her lady part, she gets chilled and arches her back, moving in to him. From this point on she will feel like she has no control and she doesn't care.  He parts her lips with his left hand and gives her quick, gentle flickers with his tongue and then he sucks on it and plays with her like mad. She is loving everything and doesn't want him to stop. With her lips still parted, he inserts his tongue and moves it around and in and out.  He uses  his thumb to play with and stimulate her clit and Beth is on the verge. Jon knew what he was doing and when do it when it came to eating her out.  A finger on the clit and a tongue fuck was almost all she needed, but she wanted his sick.  She wasn't going to rush it - she was enjoying every second of it.

When he has had enough and feels that his dick is nice and hard, he moves in between her legs and slowly penetrates her. She arches her back again, pushing him further into her and his pelvic bone is hitting her in THE spot. She moans and moans as he gives it to her, little by little. The deeper he goes the louder she gets and he loves to listen to her when he's making love to her. She has her hands on his back and he thrusts her one food time and the finger nails go into flesh.  Turning him on again and even more this time, he starts to fuck her fast as hard.  Beth is totally digging it and on the verge of an amazing orgasm when the phone rings.

They pause for a minute and agree that it's important, they will call back.

With a nipple in his mouth and his dick going in and out and in a circular morion, Beth is right there again. She's going to cum and based on the way he's moving, he is too.

The phone rings.

"Jon, it's mom. Dorothea is in the hospital. She tried to take her own life."

He dropped the phone.

"What is it? Jon what happened?" Beth is going to scream if he doesn't answer her.

"Dot tried to kill herself."

Beth sits up, "You go to the hospital, I'll go her the kids."

They both jump out of bed and get dressed. Grabbed what they needed and were out the door.

Water Ch. 124 - When We Were Beautiful

“Lay down babe.  Do you want to talk about it?”  He asks her, when he see she’s finally calmed down.  She lies back in bed and takes a deep breath.

Water Ch. 123 - Maybe Tomorrow

With one more day of down time before the shows start, Jon took his family to sight see in the beautiful town of Venice.  The children were amazed when most places that they were going to, they had to get there by gondola. It's really cool to the older boys and Stephanie was even a little excited about it, however Beth was a little anxious with Romeo being on there. When he wanted something, he went after it and the side of the gondola caught his attention. He wanted to see over the side, he wanted to play in the water.  He passed by his dad and started to peak over the edge when Beth elbowed Jon, "Please put a hand on him."  She can feel the sick to her stomach feeling, the nerves as the little boy hangs over the side of the gondola.  "Damn it, grab his shirt Jon."  Jon looks at her like she has a second head coming out of her shoulder, and she knows that she may be a little dramatic, but you can never be too careful.  He reaches up and grabs the back of his sons tshirt, keeping him secured in the gondola for Beth.  She feels better, and she reached over and took his hand.

Through the canals and the streets of Venice, the kids were in awe but were quickly bored by what they were seeing.  It was pretty and all, but the closer that the got into the heart of the city, the more they were being recognized.  Jon was getting uncomfortable and decided it was time to get out if the city, and either head back to the hotel or head to the mainland and see what was going on there.  Jon put that question to the kids and all they wanted to do was body board and play on the beach.  So, that's what they decided.

In the cab, when they arrived at the hotel they seen that the fans had learned where they were staying.  This irritated Jon.  Asking the driver to go around back pissed him off, it was an inconvenience for him and sometimes it seemed to invade his privacy, but he was who he was and had to deal with it.  The kids scurried in the back door, like they have done many times before.  Stephanie asks her dad, "Will we ever get to use the front door for an entire stay dad?"  And she kind of giggles, knowing the answer.

They all get their beach stuff on and head back down to the place where they had so much fun yesterday.  Today would be different, Romeo already napped.  So, Beth looked forward to playing with him in the sand.

On the beach, the kids threw their stuff on chairs and darted to the water.  They all were little sea monkey's and could play all day.  Beth loved that, because she loved being outside with them.  Romeo sat in the sand next to Beth and his dad and dug his little heart out, he loved the sand - specially throwing it.  The lesson of the day is: Romeo don't throw sand.

The three of them built sandcastles and played in the sand for what felt like forever. Beth figured that the kids had to be getting hungry, they were out and about most of the day.  She thought she would go in to the hotel restaurant and get them all a late lunch.  She told Jon. "I'm gonna go in and get the kids something to eat, what would you like?"

"I'll go in and get it, you stay put."  He demands and she starts to get up.  He's only inches from her, so when she tries to stand, he tackles her and takes her down.  Romeo took that as a sign to play, got up and jumped on his dad, who was on top of Beth.  The three of them played for a while and at some point Jon thought it was a good idea to pick Beth up and take her out into the water.

He waded out far enough to where he could gently throw her out, and he did just that.  She came up from under the water with the her breath taken away from her.  The water was colder than she remembered, and it did take her breath away.  Once she's on her feet, she goes at Jon and jumps up on he shoulders and tries to take him down.  He was planted firmly on his feet and she wasn't able to do it.  He reaches back, grabs her again and throws her out.  Romeo see that and he wants daddy to do that to him.  Over the course of the rest of the afternoon, the Bongiovi kids realized that they loved playing with their dad and Beth and never wanted it to end.

Feeling drained, Beth excused herself from the fun and took a seat up on the beach.  She was feeling like she could take a nap.  She tips the top of the chair back and grabs Jon's tshirt to use as a pillow and she falls asleep, to the laughter of her family.  Sun warming her as her hair dryed and she feels 100% at peace.

"Woman, wake up.  You need to eat."  Jon gently shakes her, "Hey babe, come on - get up, the kids made you dinner."

With the sun in her eyes, she sits up and squints to get her bearings.  She can hear the ocean and smell the fresh air, but recalling where she is, isn't right there.  She is sitting and she asks Jon, "Where are we?"

Laughing he asks, "What do you mean, where are we?  We're in Venice.  Are you okay?"  sitting next to her he looks her over good, focusing on her eyes.  The brain injury left him a little better educated on what to look for and when to call.

She shakes her head, "I know where we are silly, I was a little disoriented, that's all.  What do you want me to make you for dinner?"

With his hand on her back, he tells her again, "The kids made you dinner, you don't have to make anything."

"Oh they did?" She smiles as she stands to walk into the hotel, via the private entrance.  She's a little woozy and sits back down.  "What is going on........"was all she could get out before she vomited on the ground.

"Beth, are you okay?  What do you need me to do?" he snaps, wanting the answer right away.

She looks at Jon and the motion of turning her head makes her vomit again.  Her head felt funny and she couldn't stop heaving, reaching over she takes his hand.  She's freaking out inside and he can feel it too.  "Do you want me to call an ambulance?  What can I do?"  As soon as he got those words out of his mouth, he decided he wasn't waiting for an answer - he swoops her up and carries her inside.

On the elevator she tells him, "Please put me down.  I think I can stand."

"Are you sure?"

"The dizziness has gone away, I think I can."  And he sets her on her feet.   Holding her, he lets her get her footing and she seems okay, at first.  She couldn't help it, it snuck up on her.  Her mouth watered and then she vomited on the elevator floor, just as the doors were opening.  She was thankful that there wasn't anyone standing there, because she would have died with embarrassment.  Jon pus his arm around her tight and walks her to the room.  Once she gets inside, the smell of the dinner that the kids prepared for her, made he vomit again.  "Jon, I need to lay down."  And her knees went weak and he was holding her up from falling on her face.

"Stephanie, call an ambulance." Jon yells from the hallway.  Not knowing what's going on, she runs to the sound of her dad's voice.  Before she rounds the corner, she asks, "Why?"  And then she sees Beth.  She stopped on a dime and  turned around and called for help.  Then she went back and helped her dad with Beth.  They took her into their bedroom and laid her on the bed.  Jon grabbed a blanket, covered her up and asked, "Babe, are you okay?  What's the matter?"

She just looks at him.  She doesn't know, she can't focus on anything in the room - not even Jon's face.  She wants to talk, but she's afraid to move any muscle, so she remains quiet.  A few minutes later the ambulance arrives and they take her to the hospital - through the front door.  Richie was in the hotel lobby when the ambulance arrived and heard them ask for Jon Bon Jovi's room, so he followed them up.  When they left with Beth, he stayed with the kids.  His assistant, Denise, was there too.

In the hospital, the ambulance personnel gave all info to triage and they left Beth there.  Once the nurse gets all of Beth's information, they wait for a doctor.  She's laying there in her bikini, covered with just a sheet and Jon is in nothing but his shorts, ball cap and flip flops.  He's next to her on the bed and he keeps reassuring her that everything will be fine.  "The doctor will be in her any minute, can I get you anything?"  Beth was still limiting the amount of movements that she was going to make, because the nauseousness is always right there.  She walks her hand over to Jon's and grabs it.  He holds her hand tight and kisses her on the forehead.  He's having deja vu, and he doesn't like it.

Moments later the doctor arrives, introduces herself and asks Jon, "Tell me, what's been going on?"

"I woke her up from a nap on the beach and she has been dizzy and vomiting ever since.  She's weak kneed and can't stand."

"Can you tell me what she's had to eat or drink today?"

"Doctor, she's pregnant."

"Okay, any spotting or cramping?"  She asks Jon, looking at Beth.

Beth shakes her head yes and tells the doctor about a few days ago, "I felt great until he woke me up.  I'm only 7 weeks pregnant doctor, with twins, are my babies okay?"

The doctor nods her head, with a fair amount of certainty that baby is fine, "I want to do some tests.  Do you think you can give a urine sample?"

Beth nods yes.

"Do you want me to get a nurse to help you, you can use a bed pan?"

Never.  Beth tells the doctor, "No, I can walk.  I'll use the bathroom."  And she starts to sit up.

"Whoa, wait a minute - I want to check a few things first." the doctor tells her, as she has her hand on her shoulder, pushing Beth back down on the bed.

"What did you eat and drink today?"  Beth looks to Jon and shakes her head no, telling Jon that she's not talking - he has to, for her.

"She had fruit at breakfast and pizza, well a few bites of pizza for lunch.  She said she wasn't hungry at lunch time.  I woke her to eat dinner and she's been like this since then."  Jon explains to the doctor.

"Any signs or symptoms of the flu?  Fever, chills or body aches?" she asks.

"She hasn't mentioned any of them."  And they both look at Beth.  She indicates that she hasn't had any symptoms.  "What could be wrong, doctor?"

"I want to listen for babies heartbeat and then we'll get a urine sample and we'll go from there.  Okay, Beth?"

"That's fine."  Beth is anxious.  She wants to hear the babies heartbeat again.  It was music to her ears, better than any song Jon could ever right.

The doctor  gets the handheld device out and puts the cold gel on Beth's belly and moves it around, listening.  Pushing in harder and trying different angles, Beth could see the concern on the doctors face and she couldn't help but cry.  Holding Jon's hand, she squeezes as hard as she can.  He looks at her and sees that she's crying.  He leans over and rests his head next to hers.  "She'll find it, give her a minute.  Keegan and her brother are strong."  And his eyes tear, as he can't even convince himself, did he really think he was going to convince her?

After a few minutes of wand manipulation and prayer, the doctor is able to detect a heartbeat.  Jon and Beth are able to breath a sigh of relief when they hear the 2nd heartbeat, and the doctor says that both heartbeats are strong and the babies don't appear to be in any distress.  "Can you go to the bathroom now Beth?"  She asks, as she hands her a towel.  Jon takes the towel and wipes the gel off of Beth belly.

"Yes, I think so."  And she sits up.  Jon helps her to the edge of the bed and then into the bathroom.  She leaves a sample in the bathroom and takes a seat back on the bed.  The doctor takes the urine away and sends it to the lab, but not before she tells them, "I'm having your urine tested for viruses.  Sounds to me like it's your first case of morning sickness."  She turns and looks at Beth and smiles.  "You don't have any other symptoms that would lead me to believe it was anything else, the vomiting will stop and so will the light headed feeling, as your pregnancy progresses.  This could be as bad as it will get, or it could get worse.  Just be careful.  When you feel the dizziness, wait it out.  For the vomiting, I'm afraid you have to wait that out too.  Try some crackers, those can help."

"Are you sure?  She was vomiting pretty hard and passed out, sounds pretty severe for morning sickness."  Jon does question the doctor, not only because he had been through morning sickness 4 times already, but her case seemed too severe.

Patiently, the doctor tells Jon, "I have seen cases where women vomit all day long.  Morning, noon and night.  There are women that do pass out often, while pregnant.  The upset stomach and the vomiting is her bodies way of getting rid of the foreign body, in her body.  The fainting is because of blood pressure.  Over the course of the pregnancy, that too will even out."

Jon felt a little better, but not enough to let this just go.  "How common is what she has?  I have to admit doctor, I have 4 children already and their mother went through nothing like this."

"Each women is different, but I think you will see that her sickness will get better as time passes.  Her case is on the severe side, but if she takes it easy and pays attentions to her bodies signs, she'll be able to manage this quite easily."

There's a knock on the door and the doctor walks over and answers it.  It's a lab technician with Beth's urine results.  Thanking the technician, the doctor closes the door and looks the report over.  "Just as I expected.  Everything is clear.  There is no sign of infection or anything.  Your hCG levels are where they are supposed to be for a women in your condition.  Congratulations on the twins.  Go enjoy the rest of your vacation, just be aware that this will happen again."

"That's it, it will pass?  Is there anything I can do for the symptoms?  Something I can take?  This is borderline debilitating, doctor."  Beth manges to talk and not vomit.  She can't do too much more of this.  It's terrible.

"There really isn't.  Anything that I would prescribe for vomiting, you can't take because you're pregnant.  The best thing is to keep crackers with you, eat a few when you feel it coming on.  The sodium bicarbonate in the crackers will help.  It's always better to vomit something other than your stomach bile.   Drink plenty of water, or maybe some Gatorade type drinks.  The electrolytes in that will help you feel better as well." She walks closer to Beth and grabs her wrist.  Beth has been to the doctor enough to know that she was taking her pulse and doing a last look over.  "One thing I might add is, rest.  Rest as often as you can, for as long as you want.  Being pregnant with twins, you're automatically in the high risk category.  Just take it easy."

"We are in the beginning of a two week tour, is she able to travel with me, or do I take her home?"  Jon will do whatever it takes to help Beth.  If the doctor tells him to take her home, he's taking her home.

"She can travel.  That's fine.  Just keep an emesis basin with her or a barf bag on the airplane.  It may get worse in the air.  But I see no reason for her to not travel."

"You're sure?"

The doctor smiles at Jon and says, "Mr. Bon Jovi, I have been doing this for 30 years and I can tell you, I'm sure.  She will be just fine, as long as she follows the advice I have given her."  She looks at Beth and says, "Eat light food, no heavy carbs or meats.  Stick with fruits and veggies when you feel good, and cracker type food when you aren't feeling so hot.  But, I can't stress enough - drink plenty of water."

"I will.  Thank you, Doctor."  Beth gives her a crooked smile, feeling so much better than she did when she arrived at the hospital.

Smiling back at Beth, the doctor tells Beth that she is free to go.  Handed her a prescription paper, that had her phone number on it and said, "Call me if you have any questions or concerns.  But if it's tomorrow night, you'll get my service, because I'm going to a Bon Jovi concert."

They all laughed at that and Jon had an opportunity to do something nice for someone, "I will leave your name at will call with 4 front row seats.  You can even come back stage and hang out with us if you want.  Just go to will call, and we'll see you tomorrow."

They exchange goodbyes and Jon and Beth attempt to leave the hospital under the cover of darkness.  That was very hard to do when there were tv crews and newspaper photographers by the dozens out front, and just as many out the back door.  They could hear all the speculation and questions, but they waited inside for the polizia, to get them out of the building.  Once the polizia arrived they were able to leave and go back to the hotel.  By the time they get back there, Beth feels like she did when she fell asleep.  She felt great, and she was starving.

Into the kitchen she went, and had the left overs that the kids left for her.  She reheated macaroni and cheese and a hotdog. Two of her least favorite foods, but she didn't care.  The kids made that for her and she ate every bite.

The kids were all in bed and Richie and Denise sat with her while she ate.  Beth caught them up to speed on what happened.  Knowing she was okay, and the babies were okay, Richie and Denise left.  Beth cleaned the kitchen up and noticed Jon has been missing.

Walking through the suite, she finds him in their bedroom on the phone.  She can hear him say, "Yes, that's fine.  The show is at 3:00 your time.  When you get here, it will be 6 hours later than when you left.  All 4 should go."  Beth hears that and wonders who he's talking to.  He's being too nice for it to be Dorothea, so she's guessing it was his mother.  And it was.

When he gets off the phone, he tells her, "My parents will be here to get the children tomorrow.  You can't be on tour and chase after the two little ones."

Beth is pissed.  She thinks she can decide what's best for her and help decide what's best for the kids - but Jon was Jon.  "I can go home with them, Jon?"

He was shocked by that.  "Do you want to go home?"

" I want to be with my family, Jon.  Sending them home takes aways two thirds of it.  I love having them here.  I love being with them and building our relationships.  Don't send them, please."

"Honey, I want you to rest, and chasing the little ones isn't resting and it's not fair to Steph and Jess to have to do it either.  They can go home for the next two weeks and when we get back to the states, we can get them however long you want, deal?"

"Why can't I have both?  It's morning sickness Jon, nothing major.  Will you relax?" she questions him.

"I've made up my mind, the kids are going home.  I don't want to chance it and it's only for a while.  The two weeks will fly by."  He has to be firm and show her that he's made the decision, he made the decision based on what's best for everyone.  "My mom and dad should be here early in the morning.  They are taking a red eye."

She tired and defeated and she just wants to go to bed.  Her and Jon take their nightly shower and he treats her like she is china in a china shop.  He can't show her enough how much he loves her, and he wishes she could.

Morning comes and mom and dad show up like clock work.  Jon had chartered a plane to tale them all home.  In a hurry, they packed the kids and got everyone to the airport and Jon had just a couple of hours to get ready for the show.  Kissing his children goodbye, they get on the plane and leave.  Jon and Beth scurry to the venue to prepare for a show that's a little over an hour away.  he's pumped, he's ready.  He had spent a few moments with Beth's doctor and then it as show time.  He's on stage, belting out his best version of ALWAYS and he gets a message in his ear.  He turns around and goes downstage leaving his band in the dark.  He grabs Beth and holds her tight and starts to cry.  A cry she's never heard or seen, and one she never wants to see again.

Jon was told in his ear piece that the plane his family was on has disappeared.  The search for the Bongiovi family was under way.  Jon collapsed.

Water Ch. 122 - I Believe

Handing her the bottle of water he says, "This is the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me.  I don't know how to thank you."  And he sits back down, next to her.

"You don't have to thank me, Jon.  All I did was make you unreachable for the day.  And it wasn't purely selfless.  We all needed some time with you and I know you needed time with them.  Dorothea going off the deep end was really a blessing."

"I needed time with all of you.  Thank you.  I never really realized how much of my life is run with that phone.  I'm even more surprised that the guys haven't come to check on me."

Beth laughed her evil laugh, "They all knew it would be in their best interest to leave you alone today.  From Rew to Paul - they all were warned.  Hopefully they are enjoying their day, too."

"I'm sure they are. Dave's probably shopping, Richies is probably on the prowl for a little Italian hottie and Tico is probably playing golf." Jon tells her, knowing what his guys are doing, cause he knows them so well.

"Jon, I wanted nothing more than for you to have a great day with your family. Without all the stupid interruptions we get, the kids needed to see that you are happy and that you will be there for them no matter what. Today was, and still is all about you!"

He takes her hand and kisses it and then holds it tight.  "I am in paradise, physically and  in heaven mentally. Today is one of my top days."

She looks over at her rock star and says,"You are gorgeous!"

"You ain't so bad yourself, gorgeous"

"What do you want to do for dinner? Order an authentic Italian pizza, and just stay in?  It's your day, what sounds good to you?"

Jon thinks for a minute and says, "Lets order pizza, and then we can go for a walk and get some gelato or something? I think that would be a great way to spend the evening?"

Beth agrees and is thankful that he wanted to order in.  She could have made dinner and they could have gone out, but staying in to eat dinner meant they had more alone time together.

They sat there and appreciated what they were watching, three healthy children having a great time in only a few inches of water.  Back and forth, the kids rode the shore boards and even raced one another.  Seeing that put smiles on their faces.

Jon in his blue shorts and ball cap was feeling a little warm from the sun.  The sun had shifted enough to where he was no longer under the shade of the umbrella, Beth and Romeo were though.  He gets up and asks, “Do you mind if I go join the kids for a minute, to cool off.  Hotter than hell in the sun.”
“Why would I mind?  Go, play with the kids.  I bet Jesse would kick your ass in a race.”  Smiling, now she’s watching him and his sweet ass walk toward the water.  She lightly whistles so she doesn’t wake up Romeo.
Turning around to look at her, he says, “You wait.”  And he walks on.  She sits there motionless to not disturb the baby, full of emotion because she is watching her family play in the ocean.  And what a beautiful family it was.  Jon shore boarded with the kids until he got tired, he didn’t have the energy that they had – and he wished that he did.  He went back up on shore and joined his mother to be and his beautiful sleeping son.
"I was watching you while I was out there and the way you treat my children makes me love you even more. You're a natural. And your beautiful when you do it."
She smiles her beautiful smile and says, "You look amazing out there playing with the kids. They really needed this Jon."
He invades her personal space one more time and kisses her, a soft and gentle lip spreading kiss.  She couldn't help but reach up and hold his head in place. She loved to kiss him and be kissed by him.  Their passionate playful kiss was interrupted by the kids, they decided they were hungry.

It was decided that they would order pizza from the little Italian eatery down the block and watch tv together. The sun had drained the little ones and it was looking like they may pass on the walk to gelato.  Stephanie and Jesse didn't even seem interested.  They were tired, all they talked about was the fun they had and they wanted to do it again.
Jon told the big kids, to get showered and get ready for bed, because tomorrow was a day of sight seeing and  shopping. The kids did as their dad told them to do, and then it was Jake and Romeo's turn. Jon and Beth worked together getting them ready for bed.
Once the Bongiovi children were tucked nicely in their beds, it was Jon and Beth's turn. They quickly showered together, a real quick in and out and climbed into bed themselves. Jet leg and a day in the hot Venice sun, put everyone in bed by 8:00 local time.  They had a long two weeks ahead of them. A leg of the tour planned without the kids; now they need to make a few changes but Beth was determined to work it out.
Laying on her side she takes her hand and runs her fingers down the side of Jon's face and asked, "When do you want to get married?"
"Whenever you are ready. What do you have in mind?"
"I don't have any specific date, I just wondered if there was a day you had in  mind?"
He chuckles and says to her, "You pick the date and I promise, I'll clear my schedule."  He rolls over and is on his elbows, face to face with her and he tells her with all the seriousness he could have, "If you want to get married the day I'm divorced, we will do it.  There is very little more that I want more than to make you my wife." He kisses her cheek and she turns her face to catch his lips.  They hold one another and lay there in silence. Both are thinking about getting married, and how soon they want it to happen.
"Are you wanting a big wedding? Any idea where you want it?"  Jon asks, truthfully not knowing.
"I don't want it to be too big, and since I've met you, every time I picture us getting married, I see it on a beach.  The kids are standing there with us and we're surrounded by family and friends."
"We can make that happen. A beach wedding sounds perfect, and then we can finish out cruise on the yacht. The yacht you had to so abruptly leave. Remember that?"
Beth just nodded her head. She remembers it very well.  They lay there and chit chat for a while, until Jon falls asleep.
Her rock star lays there next to her, sound asleep.  She watches him sleep all while rubbing his chest and belly. She knows she has put him into a deep sleep when she can her a slight snore. She inches in closer to him and goes to lay her head on his chest. She stirs him a little bit, so he grabs her and pulls her to him. With her head on his chest and his arm around her for comfort, Beth is able to drift off to sleep.
Startled, she sits up and screams. That's wakes Jon up from his deep sleep and puts him in mild panic.
"Babe, are you okay?" He puts his hand on her back.
Beth is still half asleep, trying to shake the bad dream she just had. She looks over at Jon and starts to cry. Taking his love into his arms, he whispers, "You're safe. What's was that all about?" Still holding her. Her cries get lighter and she's able to tell him what her dream was about, and her dream leaves him feeling a little uncomfortable, too.
