Water Ch. 1 - Never Again

Pressing delete was the hardest thing she ever had to do, but she knows it needs to be done. She can't keep living this way, and neither can he. Chance made them bump into one another, and now strength will have to keep them apart. She had loved him from the day she laid eyes on him in 2005, and has never loved another even close to that. He was her everything and she couldn't imagine life without him. And she thought he felt the same - but he wasn't able to make any changes and she wasn't sure if she wanted him to.

DELETE.  Are you sure you want to delete 1 contact?  YES.  His number and all contact information was gone.

Their good bye two years ago felt like it was final.  She had put a period on that chapter of her life and had finally moved on.  It was the hardest thing she ever had to do, but in order to get on with a normal life - she knew it had to be done.  She was promoted at work and that's what she lived for.  She made a name for herself and intended on going forward with life.  She couldn't let herself be haunted by the past and the haunting past cannot ruin her bright future.

She did have the occasional update given to her by her many friends that followed what he was doing. She deleted her twitter account and her Facebook page, and created new ones for friends and family.  When she cuts ties, she severs them all the way through. She didn't want the temptation and she didn't want him to have it either.

  1. I like the way you started this with a bit of mystery. Curious as to where you take this.
Off to read the next chapter.
