Water Ch. 211 - I Ain't Asking For Forgiveness

Stepping out of the shadows, Beth yells at Billy "Turn that off now."  Walking up to the boys, she takes the remote from Billy and looks at him with a look of disgust.  "Did you bring that here, Billy?  Did you bring that tape into this house?"  She is embarrassed more than anything, but when Billy laughs about it she quickly gets pissed.

Jesse is sitting there not sure what to do and even more unsure of what to say, "Beth, I didn't look.  I swear."

"Please go get your dad, Jesse.  He's up stairs with the boys." She demands.  Jesse jumps up and Billy starts to follow. Beth stops him dead in his track,  "Stop right there, have a seat."

"I'll call Lisa and have her come get me." he says, trying to get out of there as fast as he can.

"Mr. Bon Jovi or I will call Lisa or your parents."  She's so pissed, she's tapping her foot on the floor with her arms crossed.  She cannot believe that this nightmare was brought into her house, their house and was being viewed by two teenage boys in their house.  It was harder to believe that her future step son was part of it.

Jon appears and asks Beth, "What's up?  You scared the hell out of Jesse."

Beth pressed play on the remote control and let Jon view a couple seconds of their debut sex tape.  His jaw dropped and his temples started to pulsate, she can see the anger.  "Where did hell did this come from?"  The boys were only into it for a few minutes.  Beth was on top of Jon on the massage table, teasing him.  The most they seen was her breasts and maybe a few seconds of Jon's erection, regardless; this should have never been brought into their house.  "Billy, where did you get this?"

Billy, a cocky spoiled rich kid copped an attitude toward Jon and said, "I found it.  What's the big deal?" Like it was nothing.

Jon walks closer to the boy and fumes, "You brought this in here for Jesse to watch?  Where did you get it?"  His voice gets louder and Billy is seeing that his cocky attitude wasn't going to get him out of this one.  "I'm not going to ask you again."

Billy, looking at Jesse, hiding in the doorway says, "My dad had it.  Says he got it from a friend.  He doesn't know that I took it, please don't tell him.  He will kill me."

"Kind of like I want to?" Jon barks at him.  "Why would your dad even tell you that he had it?"

"Him and my mom were talking about it over dinner one night." Billy responds, with his stomach turning because he was caught and going to get into a lot of trouble.

Beth, amazed by what she had just heard, "Why would they talk about it over dinner?  Not dinner conversation."  She had to leave the room.  Her embarrassment was enough to kill her.  To see herself that big on the TV made her sick.  She wanted to crawl under a rock and hide.  Here it was again, another reminder of what life with a rock star is like.  She went into Jon's office and sat at his desk.  She didn't know what else to do. 

Jon, with the boys in the media room has a stern talk with the boys and confiscated the tape.  He knows that Billy's dad was a hard ass and he really doesn't want the kid to get in trouble, he just wishes the boys could unsee the images.  "Go to bed."  Running his fingers through his hair, "Go, get out of here.  We will deal with this tomorrow." And he points to the doorway.  The boys run out of the media room and into Jesse's bedroom.  Jon turns everything off after removing the DVD from the DVD player.  Walking out of the media room, he can see a light at the end of the hallway, glowing from his office.  Not sure why, he heads to his office and sees Beth sitting at his desk crying.

He kind of chuckles, "Hey, it's not that big of a deal, really."

"I am so embarrassed Jon." she admits to him and then tells him, "I don't like that Billy.  I think he's bad news."

"He's troubled and has it pretty rough at home.  His dad is a pro football player and his mother is an airhead.  Lisa is practically raising him as her own."

Beth immediately reacts to that, "So that gives him the okay to be an idiot and bring that shit over for Jesse to watch? Really, Jon."

"Would you feel different if it were two strangers fucking on the tape and they watched that?"

"YES!  Jon, Jesse should have never seen that.  Seen us like that."

Jon leans on his desk, next to her and brushes her hair back, "Babe, curiosity is normal and they are at that age.  I'm sorry that they seen you."

Beth is having a hard time with the fact that Jesse may have seen her naked and taking full advantage of his father.  She's wondering if he will tell his mother that he has seen it?  With her head in her hands, "Wow, will it ever end?"

"The Jon and Beth tape will be around forever." He extends his hand for hers.  She takes it and he leads her upstairs to their bedroom.  "It's time for bed.  Another day behind us, that made us a little bit stronger."
